Victoria has decided to move into another industry sector to further her career. Edwards stated 'Victoria has done an amazing job at AIMEX and has provided a valuable contribution to the organisation and the development of the overall events programme and publications which are the key platforms to market the industry and our members.'

She will bring excellent knowledge and skills to AIMEX and Superyacht Australia and be a great compliment to the team.'

'The growth of AIMEX and the consolidation of the superyacht industry under the AIMEX umbrella has led to a restructuring within the organisation to ensure we have the skills and experience on board to drive growth within the marine export sector and to make sure we continue to drive profile and opportunities for the Superyacht industry.'

Justyna Wajler who has worked at AIMEX for the past three years as Financial Manager was also recently promoted to the position of Commercial Manager taking over responsibilities for industry research, AIMEX and Superyacht Australia awards programme, managing government grants and the association’s finances and currently leading the trade mission to Turkey and Dubai.

Justyna also recently gave a presentation on the Australian market to a Polish delegation visiting Australia.'

Richard Chapman President of AIMEX commented: 'We will certainly miss Victoria who has been a great asset to AIMEX and Superyacht Australia and we wish her well in her new career.

'AIMEX & Superyacht Australia continues to go from strength to strength and it is critical we have a highly skilled and motivated team on board to drive opportunities and provide services to our growing membership base. We are becoming more and more active globally and also wish to offer more services to our members who are targeting the commercial and defence areas. The board is excited by the appointment of Susie and Justyna’s promotion. Susie and Justyna will be supported by Emily Simpson as office coordinator.'
