The Australian International Marine Export Group and the City of Gold Coast are excited to announce the Inwards Global Stakeholder Program which will create networking opportunities for Gold Coast based marine industry businesses at the upcoming Australian Superyacht and Marine Export Industry Conference (ASMEX).

The generous contribution from the City of Gold Coast towards this initiative will allow international marine industry leaders to visit the Gold Coast during the Australian Superyacht and Marine Export conference (22nd – 24th May, 2017) and the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (25th – 28th May, 2017).

The selected stakeholders are top players within their field creating a huge benefit for the Gold Coast marine industry to engage, create relationships and export opportunities for their businesses utilising the platform provided by AIMEX. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with key stakeholders within the Australian marine industry as delegates to the ASMEX conference come from all over Australia.

MaryAnne Edwards; CEO of AIMEX and Superyacht Australia said “The contribution from the City of Gold Coast is significant because this initiative creates endless opportunities for marine industry businesses based in the Gold Coast to network with international players resulting in the formation of valuable relationships and sales. AIMEX will arrange B2B meetings for interested Gold Coast companies”.

The ASMEX conference held at the five star Intercontinental Hotel at Sanctuary Cove, Queensland includes the Maxwell Marine Welcome Function as well as the prestigious 2017 Australian Marine Industry Awards Gala Dinner with entertainment sponsored by Aqualuma; a prominent Gold Coast exporter.

ASMEX boasts a high calibre of international speakers discussing this year’s theme “Staying Relevant in Today’s Global Business Environment” which is guaranteed to inspire and inform all attendees. Another drawcard is the presentation of the Superyacht Economic Impact Study which quantifies the value of the superyacht industry and the huge potential that exists within this industry sector

Express your interest with AIMEX if you are wanting more information about the Inwards Global Stakeholder Program and see the value in engaging with key industry stakeholders, discovering up to date market information and building relationships with Australian and International buyers and stakeholders. AIMEX encourage all Gold Coast based companies to take advantage of this event held within their region and look forward to connecting you with relevant industry members and ensuring new business relationships develop.

All information surrounding the conference, program and registrations can be found on the ASMEX website.
