Explore Australia Expo set to unveil new innovations

by Martine Cousins on 11 Jun 2014
The Flexitank Diesel Bladder will launch at the Explore Australia Expo Fluid PR http://www.fluidpr.com.au/
Designed to introduce consumers to the latest products in the off-road, adventure, fishing and boating markets, the ‘New Products Showcase’ at the Explore Australia Expo at Melbourne Showgrounds on June 20-22 is a must see for show visitors.

Featuring the latest products, gadgets, safety items and vehicles, the ‘New Products Showcase’ in the Touring and Off-road Pavilion will give visitors the opportunity to view the new-release creatios all in the one place.

The ‘New Products Showcase’ will house new innovations such as the Flexi Tank Diesel Bladder, Ark Extreme Off-road Jockey Wheel, Rig Master Fishing Simulator and PlugNGO.

FloatPac Group Operations Manager Gavin Hodgins said Flexitank (Australia) Pty Ltd would use the Explore Expo Australia event to release its new range of flexible diesel bladders, suitable for all 4x4 and SUV models.

'Based around Flexitank’s very popular universal bladder range, four sizes have been researched, developed, designed and tested and are now ready for release.' said Hodgins.

'Ranging from 35 – 75 litres, in both lay flat and hanging bladder configurations, Flexitank has developed what we believe to be the safest flexible diesel bladder holding tanks available anywhere in the world.'

Supplied as ready to fit items with all attachment and hose fittings attached and tested during production, Flexitank’s unique dual layer, bladder in bladder technology has been further enhanced to create a viable, safe and user friendly diesel storage system which offers an alternative to traditional long range diesel tank product offerings.

Another product that is sure to be a hit with off-road enthusiasts is the Ark Extreme Off-road Jockey Wheel.

A poor jockey wheel can often become the bane of a camper’s life, bending, breaking or rarely going in the direction you need them to. Ark, the leader in jockey wheel design and manufacture has produced one of the toughest jockey wheels to ever hit the market.

Ark Product Manager Gary Afarian said the Extreme Off-road Jockey Wheel offered easy manoeuvrability with four adjustable height positions.

'A dense square lift gives it a powerful 750kg static load rating, while also sporting a heavy-duty swivel clamp with a four bolt pivot point suitable for drawbars up to 150mm,' Afarian explained.

'The wheel offers four adjustable height positions with 250mm extension at each setting and a maximum height of 750mm. Easily manoeuvrable, Ark has included an easy-pivot trailing yoke design and a dual wheel with sealed bearing and off-road tread.'

For aspiring anglers the Rig Master Tackle Fishing Simulator is the ultimate ‘boy’s toy’. The simulator, which will be made available for consumers to purchase for the first time at the Explore Australia Expo, gives users the chance to experience catching eight species of fish including Barramundi and the ever-popular big fish Marlin.

The event will also see the first public showing of the all-new Jeep Cherokee and the PlugNGO, the newest tool to help you drive faster and smoother, even on difficult terrain.

The Explore Australia Expo will feature over 200 exhibitors displaying the latest products, services and destinations for 4WD, camping, fishing and adventure. The event promises to deliver entertainment for the whole family with the Dirtwars Stunt Team, Monster Truck action, ATV and Side-by-Side demo’s, Browns Graphics Mini 50’s stunt team, RC demos, ATV rides, Monster Truck rides and more.
