Highfield Boats USA appoints Southeast Regional Sales Manager

Highfield Boats USA, the leading supplier of rigid inflatable boats (RIBS) in America, is pleased to announce that Jesse Carpenter has joined its team as Southeast Regional Sales Manager. In addition, Highfield Boats USA has signed four new dealer partners: DC Power Sports & Marine in Kemah, Texas; The Dinghy Doctor in San Diego, California; Pier 37 Marina in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and St Barths Marine in St-Barthélemy, French West Indies.
"Highfield Boats USA saw boat-show sales increase 26 percent year over year during the September 2023 to April 2024 season - at a time when many other boat builders were reporting a decline in sales. To support our continued growth, we are continuing to expand our staff," said Christophe Lavigne, president, Highfield Boats USA.
An 18-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard who served as a Logistics Petty Officer, Jesse Carpenter followed his military career with five years' experience working for a major RIB manufacturer. In his previous position, Carpenter served as Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. East Coast. Located in Panama City, Florida, he enjoys boating, saltwater fishing, golf, and team sports like baseball and football.
"My previous experience both in the Coast Guard and in the boating industry taught me how to identify a quality RIB, and Highfield Boats check all the boxes," Carpenter said. "Our dealer partners in the U.S. Southeast are very enthusiastic about the brand, and I am looking forward to supporting them."
The new dealers representing the full range of Highfield RIBS from 6' to 29' include:
- DC Power Sports, serving Galveston Bay outdoor enthusiasts with new RIBs, bay boats, center consoles, motorcycles, scooters and golf carts.
- The Dinghy Doctor, the San Diego area's largest rigid hull inflatable and outboard engine dealer, offering both sales and service.
- Pier 37 Marina, representing Highfield Boats and Nuova Jolly RIBs with easy access to premier Northeastern cruising and fishing grounds.
- St Barths Marine, on the island of St Barths, home to the iconic St Barths Bucket sailing regatta, providing tenders and primary boats to local yachtsmen.
