Kingsmead Sailing Club Olympic Sailing Marathon - Preview

Along with hundreds of sailing club across the UK, we are joining the RYA “Sail for Gold - Push the Boat out” occasion on Saturday 21st July; this is a prelude to the Olympic sailing events.

We are running a special Olympic sailing Marathon!

Boats will sail for four hours, stopping only for essential breaks and crew changes. The gold medal winner will be the team which sails most laps in the time, based on the RYA handicap system.

Come yourself and join an existing KSC team OR
Bring your crew and use a KSC boat OR
Bring your own boat and crew

£5 per person entry fee
Gold, silver and bronze medals
Kayak races as well
Refreshments available all day
