23 Marina and Senior Managers from Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Singapore participated in the Sydney Marina & Boatyard Study Tour. 11 marinas and boatyards in the Sydney Harbour and Pittwater hosted the group.

They learnt about modern, innovative and technological advances in the industry. Jonathan Richardson – Nautilus Insurance, a participant on the tour commented "Thoroughly enjoyable and extremely informative. All managers were open, honest and forthcoming with as much information as was requested of them. Transport arrangements and food was good, as was the company."

Special thanks to Clemens Overdijk CMM from Sydney Superyacht Marina and Darren Vaux from Empire Marina Bobbin Head for being the tour hosts and to Les Binkin CMM from Marmong Point & Koolewong Marinas for sponsoring the boat ride and afternoon tea on the first day.
