MarineMax Team Effort wins Safety Award

MarineMax was recently recognized as a winner of the 2022 National Boating Industry Safety Awards for their "Back to (Boating) School" Campaign. The awards program from the Sea Tow Foundation, in conjunction with their Boating Safety Advisory Council, recognizes efforts to promote safety on the water. MarineMax won the Top Large Marine Retailer award for the fourth consecutive year.

The MarineMax "Back to (Boating) School" campaign focused on the back-to-school timeframe to remind even the most seasoned boaters about the importance of ongoing boater education and safety.

MarineMax Clearwater's Delivery Captain and Host of the Boating Tips Podcast, Keith Lake, comments, "With an influx of new boaters over the last few years, we created a fun and interactive campaign to test everyone's boating knowledge. As kids headed back to school last fall, we are reminded that there is still a lot to learn in the world of boating. The interactive quiz had almost 300 responses with over 80% completion rate!"
