The new 60-metre vessel, an innovative bespoke work of art built entirely of aluminium, has left the marina at the Ancona yard.

CRN M/Y 141, the new CRN pleasure yacht designed and built entirely in aluminium, was delivered to her owners in December 2022. After successfully completing her sea trials, this new 60-metre gem has left the Ancona Superyacht Yard on her inaugural cruise, to cross the Atlantic bound for the Caribbean.

The CRN M/Y 141 is a fusion of fluid power and taut poise with futuristic technology and dazzlingly dynamic external lines. She blends the in-depth expertise and tireless commitment to R&D of CRN - which developed the entire naval architecture for this bespoke yacht - with the tremendous experience and peerless Italian creativity of architects Nuvolari Lenard, who took care of the interior and exterior concept.

The knowledgeable owners were eager for a high-performance superyacht with a modest enough draft to cruise in the West Indies, using in-line propellers; they also requested airy, generous-height spaces and large guest and crew areas. All requirements were non-negotiable.

At 60.33 metres long with a beam of 10.55 metres and a gross tonnage of 1,114, the M/Y 141 spans 5 decks and accommodates up to 12 guests and 13 crew in considerable comfort. With her twin MTU engines, the yacht vaunts a top speed of over 25 knots and can cruise at 22.5.

The special high-tech design has been devised with meticulous attention to every detail and is perfectly suited to cruising and mooring in shallow waters like the Caribbean. And her performance is genuinely remarkable for a displacement pleasure vessel in this market segment. The superyacht is also IMO Tier III-certified 1, assuring drastic reductions of up to 70% in harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the engine exhaust.

The CRN M/Y 141 has been made to the highest standards of excellence. The exceptional design and build quality has been verified by CRN's highly skilled engineers and technicians through a profusion of checks and functional tests.

A supreme union of innovation and superlative craftsmanship, she is a sublime expression of the expertise that unites all the talented professionals, technicians and artisans who work every day at the historic Ancona yard to create iconic yachts - unique, distinctive, cutting-edge projects that bring their owners' vision to life and reflect their personality to perfection.

1 In accordance with the IMO (International Maritime Organization) Tier III international directive for motor yachts with a gross tonnage of over 500 GT that are permitted to cruise in all geographical areas and whose keel was laid after 1 January 2016.
