A new era of smooth, sustainable, and beautifully functional boating arrives with the launch of Volare Boats, a premium marine brand that delivers a new and better experience on the water. Helmed by a team of respected marine engineers and industry veterans, Volare introduces its flagship model, the Artemis23, delivering on their vision to unlock cutting-edge technology, luxury, and water-born freedom.

The Artemis23 is a 23-foot, all-electric day boat that merges performance with purpose. Designed for discerning recreational boaters who seek sophistication without compromise, the Artemis23 offers a best-in-class electric battery range, superior maneuverability with 360-degree joystick control, and a seamless, low-maintenance experience from dock to destination and back.

"Volare was born from a belief that boating should feel as effortless and elegant as the water itself," said Matt Moore, founder and former Yacht Division Manager at Scout Boats. "The Artemis23 represents not just a product launch, but a promise, that boating can be more intelligent, more enjoyable, and more responsible."

With a silky-smooth ride, whisper-quiet operation, and a striking visual presence, the Artemis23 turns heads while turning the tide on traditional gas-powered boats. Its joystick system, ultralight hull design, and intelligently optimized battery modules allow for extended cruising time, minimal upkeep, and a driving experience so smooth it becomes second nature.

Key Features of the Artemis23:

  • 100% electric propulsion with market-leading battery life
  • 360 degrees joystick navigation for intuitive handling and effortless docking
  • Elegant, ergonomic layout that balances function and beauty
  • Lightweight composite hull and efficient hydrofoil for enhanced performance and efficiency
  • Silent operation for a more immersive on-water experience
Crafted in the heart of Charleston and shaped by decades of naval engineering expertise, Volare blends form, function, and forward-thinking sustainability.

"The Artemis23 is not just another electric boat, it's a completely reimagined day-boating platform engineered from the keel up to delight, not distract," adds Dustin Tupper, founder and former Director of Engineering at Scout Boats.

With the help of the industry and marine experience of co-founders, Brian Robinson, Charlie Brown, and Donnie Brown, the five-person team then built their first vessel leveraging the knowledge of world renowned naval architects Morrelli and Melvin who contributed to the overall design concept of the Artemis23 and its unique and hyper-efficient hull and hydrofoil system.

Volare is now proud to be accepting reservations for the Artemis23, with limited availability for its inaugural production run. Dealers and media inquiries are welcome.
