Charter Meetup Greece 2026: Three Days in Lefkada That the Industry Will Remember

Charter Meetup Greece 2026 took place in Lefkada from 22 to 24 April, bringing together 29 international charter brokers and around 60 charter managers for three days of focused B2B meetings, marina tours and first-hand experience of one of the Mediterranean's most popular sailing destinations.

On the water and on the docks

A central part of the programme was the local charter base tour, which took brokers across the region's key marinas and sailing hubs. Participants visited Palairos, Mytikas, Preveza, Nydri Marina, Marina Perigiali, Lefkas D-Marine and Lefkas Main Port, giving brokers a comprehensive, first-hand look at the infrastructure, fleets and sailing areas they would be recommending to their clients.

The tours were designed with a clear purpose: brokers who have stood on a dock, met the team and seen the boats in person sell those fleets differently. The difference shows in how they answer client questions and how confidently they make recommendations.

Pre-scheduled meetings that deliver results

Alongside the marina tours, the event programme included pre-scheduled one-on-one B2B meetings between charter brokers and charter managers. With 29 brokers actively booking Greece and around 60 charter managers present, the meeting sessions created hundreds of direct business conversations over the course of three days — the kind of conversations that would otherwise take months of emails and phone calls to replicate.

The response from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Igor Lagutenko of Any Day Charter summed up the experience directly: "Thank you so much for the event, we feel it was very beneficial for us. Amazing organisation, I cannot say enough thank you to you and the whole team. We will definitely be considering joining future meetups and ICE of course."

What comes next

Charter Meetup Türkiye follows from 3 to 6 May 2026, with events in Göcek, Fethiye and Marmaris. Charter Meetup Croatia takes place in Šibenik from 19 to 22 May 2026. Both events follow the same format, bringing international brokers into the destination to meet charter managers in person, tour local marinas and build the relationships that drive bookings.

For charter brokers and charter managers interested in participating, registration is open at www.yachtmaster.hr.
