Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC), has been named one of Forbes America's Best-In-State Employers 2026 in Wisconsin, recognizing the company's strong workplace culture and ongoing commitment to employee growth, innovation and collaboration.
"Being recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best-In-State Employers is an honor that reinforces the culture we've worked hard to build," said John Buelow, president, Mercury Marine. "Our team members are at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reflects the passion and commitment they bring to serving our customers and advancing our industry."
Presented by Forbes and Statista, the annual ranking is based on an independent survey of more than 245,000 U.S. employees working for organizations with at least 500 employees. Respondents provided feedback on their employers, while public perception data was also evaluated across several workplace dimensions to identify standout employers in each state.
As Brunswick's largest manufacturing operation in Wisconsin and a global leader in marine propulsion, Mercury Marine employs thousands of people across engineering, manufacturing, technology and business functions. The company continues to invest in its workforce, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and innovation to support customers around the world.
The Forbes America's Best-In-State Employers ranking recognizes organizations employees view as strong employers today and into the future. Employers are evaluated on factors including the workplace environment, company culture, development opportunities, compensation, working conditions and company reputation.
