One of the first new boat releases for 2014, Stabicraft have launched their all-new 2050 Supercab model, a keel-up redesign of one the company’s most popular models.

The 2050 isn’t just a bigger version of the company’s popular 1850 Supercab it in fact boasts not just a longer hull, but a newly designed one, more ergonomic cabin and Stabicraft’s innovative Game Chaser Transom and Arrow Pontoons. The 2050 Supercab is more agile, more focused with better features the best fishers will appreciate.

Compared to the outgoing 2050 model, the ride has been dramatically improved over its predecessor through the use of the successful Arrow Pontoons and Game Chaser Transom.

The Live Bait Tank and Bait Station have been redesigned and as well as looking smarter, is now more ergonomic and deeper and now features a thicker cutting board, knife slots and cup holders – new as standard features not seen on the previous 2050 Supercab model.

Still light enough to tow and launch easily, like all Stabicraft’s the 2050 Supercab has been designed tough with safety as the foremost consideration.

Constructed out of marine grade alloys and utilising Stabicraft’s ‘life-ring’ pontoon design the 2050 is durable, stable, spacious and virtually unsinkable so you can adventure with confidence.

The design and production of an all-new 2050 Supercab was an exciting prospect for Stabicraft.

'The 2050 has been one of New Zealand’s most popular models for almost 10 years so for us to do a complete redesign was an exciting challenge,' says Stabicraft Marine Australasian Sales Manager, Sean McColl.

'We listened to what people needed and wanted in a boat this size and focused on getting that right. Now that things like the Maxwell winch and extra-large live bait tank are standard plus our innovative pontoon and hull changes, we think fishers will love it.'

Packages for the new 2050 Supercab start from less than $80,000 with a four-stroke outboard.
