BRP Marine Group appoints new Director of Network Development

BRP Marine Group announced today the appointment of a new Director of Network Development – Dustin Noble.
As the leader of network development, Noble will be responsible for managing and defining the programs and strategies that will elevate and expand the BRP Marine Group dealer and distributor network, including the BRP Marine Group channel and network transformation strategy. He will also work with Evinrude, Alumacraft and Manitou sales leaders to shape the tools for sales and dealer development teams to optimize the company's network performance. Noble will report directly to Tracy Crocker, president of the BRP Marine Group and senior vice president and general manager of Evinrude.
"Acquiring an experienced individual to focus on the training of our sales and dealer development staff, in addition to streamlining our internal processes is vital to building on our core customer base," said Crocker. "We are looking forward to capitalizing on Dustin's years of applicable experience and the new energy he will add to the development of our brands."
Noble brings nearly 20 years of experience driving profit and increased market share through network and dealer optimization, sales margin growth programs and brand enhancement strategies. He served as director of sales – PG&A at Textron prior to joining the BRP Marine Group team, and has also served in positions of progressive leadership and responsibility with both Arctic Cat and Honda Motor Company. Noble has a bachelor's degree in business marketing from St. Mary's University.
