Union Marine receives the 2018 Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award

The National Marine Manufacturers Association and AVALA, Inc announced this week that Union Marine was awarded the 2018 Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award for their excellence in customer service for sales/and or service for Sea Ray Boats and Bayliner. This award is derived from customer feedback as part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2018, over 155,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 44,000 responding.

President & CEO, Kevin Roggenbuck stated "It is an honor to be recognized as a Customer Service leader in the marine industry. Our continued efforts to excel in customer service for our customers is vital to our business. I am proud of our amazing team and their commitment to each customer and the boating industry."

Founded in 1986, Union Marine, is one the largest independent boat dealers in the nation, featuring four locations in Seattle, Fife, Bellingham and Pacific. They offer boat sales, marine service centers and accessories sales at each location.
