North Coast Boating secures select "Premier" service status

The move to a new address in Caloundra West has been the catalyst for North Coast Boating to strive and receive Mercury Marine's coveted "Premier" Dealer status.
Premier accreditation is the highest recognition that a Mercury Marine Service business can achieve and is only granted to those dealerships which excel in the areas of presentation, technical training, tooling and diagnostics equipment, along with exceptional levels of customer service.
Only a few businesses make the grade.

North Coast Boating has been in business for more than 45 years, supporting the many locals who love boats and the water.
So, when Dealer Principal Jeremy Bolton moved his team to new premises on Enterprise Street, Caloundra West, he took the opportunity to invest in his workshop to ensure his mechanics have all the latest tooling and diagnostic equipment.
All workshop staff are Mercury Certified, with North Coast Boating accredited to take care of both Mercury Outboard and MerCruiser products.
The new premises also features a dedicated Service Reception Area for customers, reflecting the team's long-term focus on quality customer service based on great work, keeping promises and regular communication.
