Strong crowds expected at Multihull Solutions Boat Show and Open Day

A big turnout is anticipated for the annual Multihull Solutions Multihull Boat Show and Open Day on Saturday 28 March on the Gold Coast.

The free day will showcase an expansive range of quality pre-owned sail and power multihulls in a display that will span the company's innovative "Out-of-Water Boat Show" as well as in the marina at The Boat Works in Coomera.

There will be multihulls on display to suit all budgets from AUD$200,000 to $2.1million, including the new Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 sailing catamaran and the ILIAD 50 power catamaran.

There will also be a range of quality pre-owned multihulls on display including models from Fountaine Pajot, Chamberlin, Admiral, Crowther, Prout, Tasman, Rayvin, Schionning and more.

Open from 9am until 2pm, the event will also include a number of free information sessions by industry experts held in the Captains Lounge on the new Superyacht hardstand.

The one-hour seminars cover a great range of topics, including "DIY Workshop - when to call in the professionals!", "Get AMPed about AMPs", "Buying a cat first then learning to sail", and "Understanding insurance for liveaboard, coastal & offshore cruising."

The main event will be located at the Multihull Solutions "Out-of-Water" hardstand display adjacent to the new Garage Café 55 café, which will be the centre for registrations on the day.

The in-water display, incorporating the Astrea 42, ILIAD 50 and the stunning pre-owned Fountaine Pajot Eleuthera 60, will also showcase the newly opened Superyacht Hardstand on the new northern section of the Boat Works precinct.

Visitors can chat to the Multihull Solutions team who will be available throughout the day to discuss any queries regarding buying, selling or enjoying a multihull.

The event is located at the dynamic marine precinct of The Boat Works in Coomera with ample parking and a fabulous restaurant that boasts an idyllic outlook over the Broadwater.
