Multihull Solutions has taken another step to keep cruising enthusiasts afloat during COVID-19 lockdowns with the launch of an innovative Webinar series.

The series, accessible for free to all users on the Multihull Solutions website, presents weekly and fortnightly information sessions on a vast range of topics to interest buyers and sellers of new and pre-owned power and sail multihulls.

The first webinar session, "Buying the Right Catamaran for You: An Introduction to Catamarans" is now available for viewing and is hosted by multihull expert, Phil Day.

New episodes will be available regularly with the schedule outlined below:

Friday 15 May

"Walk-Through of the new Fountaine Pajot Elba 45 sailing catamaran". Presented by Multihull Solutions chief operating officer Michael 'Nod' Crook.

Friday 22 May

"An Introduction to Offshore Cruising". Presented by John Hembrow from Down Under Rally.

Friday 29 May

"Walk-through of the Lagoon 421 'Kinchega' from the Multihull Solutions Brokerage Division." Presented by Sales Consultant James Beeby.

Friday 5 June

"Insider Tips for Sailing the Mediterranean." Presented by Multihull Solutions clients Michael & Marita Lysaght.

Additional episodes scheduled for release later in June include "A walk-through of the new ILIAD Catamarans models", "Sailing from France to Australia in 90 days", and "Charter investment" tax incentives for commercial operation."

Multihull Solutions general manager Andrew de Bruin said the webinars were an effective way of staying in touch with clients until the COVID-19 restrictions were eased.

"We have been able to maintain excellent contact with our clients throughout these challenging times with our new Virtual Boat Shows and now the online Webinar series," Andrew said.

"Despite the circumstances, demand for new and pre-owned boats is still extremely strong so we have focussed on introducing ways of providing up-to-date information, so our clients aren't left adrift in these unusual times," he said.

The Webinar series and Virtual Boat Show can be viewed on the Multihull Solutions website at www.multihullsolutions.com.au. Further information can be obtained by contacting tollfree (within Australia) 1800 855 338 or +61 (0) 7 5452 5164 or emailing .
