America's Cup: Arb Panel rules on Stars + Stripes question

The Arbitration Panel for the America's Cup has rules against the application made to it by the US Challenger Stars + Stripes Team USA.

Stars+Stripes submitted the following request for relief: “The Applicant respectfully requests that the Arbitration Panel confirm that, for purposes of the 36th America’s Cup Presented by Prada, the constructed-in-country requirements contained in the Deed of Gift and the Protocol apply only to the Match and not to any other Event”.
