BRS system can stop a boat from sinking

We are a Slovenian innovative company who produce a simple, secure and effective revolutionary BRS system (Boat Rescue System - patent) for the protection of vessels from sinking, fire and marine pollution (indirectly influence on the sea environment - the pressures of environmentalists are increasing so the BRS system enables three solutions in a single product; protection from sinking, fire and marine pollution).

The BRS system is very simple for use and can be handled by every crew member. Buoyancy bags (with a capacity of 850 liters/bag) can inflate quickly with a 2kg C02 fire extinguisher and keep the vessel afloat on the sea level. Fast inflation of the bags is possible thanks to a special adapter - BRS turbo nozzle which can be connected to standard C02 fire extinguisher. BRS nozzle - like a turbocharger and thanks to a multiple conduction of the air and C02 mixture, the bags are filled in a record time which creates enough buoyancy and saves the vessel from sinking.

Although, in average situations, there is a 20-30 min gap between a breakdown and sinkage, which is enough time for the bags to be filled with air - it is recommended to get to know the equipment before using it. For owners, this system is easy to use and effective, with the following benefits: when an unwanted situation occurs, the vessel is transformed into a rescue raft, leaving enough space for waiting for help on the deck. The rescuers will much easier spot a large object in the sea, than only people with life jackets.

A successful use of the system eliminates the subsequent exceptionally high costs of lifting the boat from the seabed and the costs of the remediation of the damage from sinking. The exceptionally short preparation time of the system makes it possible to rescue the boat from sinking in most cases of water ingress or damage to the boat. The system also enables control and immediate remediation in case of spillage of dangerous liquids, such as motor fuels, engine oils, chemicals and others, what is not possible if the boat sinks. The system has a very small volume and very low weight.

One thing is for sure - BRS should be on every vessel as an additional tool, for saving vessel with a sea breach. A BRS set KIT6 - of 6 flotation bags (total capacity 5100 liters) are enough to hold a 10 to 12 meter vessel up on the sea surface. The system fills in a maximum of 5 minutes, and a 2 KG C02 fire extinguisher is quite enough.

Watch a video demonstrating the system in use as a yacht is filled with sea water.

The BRS system is interesting for professional users such as SAR divisions - search and rescue on the sea, coast guards, for the producers and dealers of boats/yachts, for the companies who are offering the service of renting the boats/yacht, for the insurance companies, boats/yachts clubs, marinas and for the owners of boats/yachts.

We were present at the METSTRADE fair in Amsterdam (NL). We were nominated for DAME DESIGN AWARD 2019 with our BRS system.

SAR organization "SEA HELP" use the BRS systems (for their rescue actions on the sea). SEA HELP recommend BRS system to all their members! More you can see it in their website.
