As we move into summer and the peak boating season, preparing our boats for family fun over the holidays is number one priority.

For on-the-go repairs, Six10 is handy and easy to use on wood, fibreglass, metal and concrete. Six10 Adhesive is an epoxy thickened with fumed silica, which makes it an excellent moisture barrier.

Six10 Thickened Epoxy Adhesive combines the strength, reliability and excellent physical properties of a two-part WEST SYSTEM Epoxy with point-and-shoot convenience.

The tube system with separate chambers for epoxy resin and hardener and the static nozzle ensure the two mix together as they exit. The nozzle allows you to direct the epoxy exactly where it's needed with any standard caulking gun.

For repair and construction Six10 has a long open time which means the epoxy will stay workable for 42 minutes in the static mixer and before clamping is required - very practical for long or complicated assemblies and a wide variety of projects.

The epoxy is pre-thickened to prevent sagging during the curing process. As the epoxy is mixed or spread, it will thin slightly and can be used to wet out moderate weight fiberglass or carbon fibre. Initial cure is achieved in 5 to 6 hours.

Six10's shear thinning properties make it "thinner" as it's worked. It can be easily tooled into a non-sagging fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics like fiberglass.

This property also enables it to wet out light to moderate weight-reinforcing fabrics such as fiberglass and carbon fibre. The hardener provides a long open time but has fast thru-cure.

Each tube of Six10 comes equipped with a static mixing wand. Additional static mixing wands are available in sets of two (product number 600-2) or twelve (product number 600-12).
