For the 20th consecutive year, Grady-White Boats was recognized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) with the presentation of their 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award in the fiberglass outboard boat division. Achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction is a deep-rooted core value in the culture of Grady-White Boats, and this award exemplifies the company's consistent dedication to this mission.

To qualify for consideration for the NMMA CSI award, boat manufacturers must actively measure customer satisfaction. Winners must achieve an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction during the past program year and demonstrate continuous improvement to better their customers' experiences. Participating manufacturers are required to survey and provide data on all new boat or engine buyers between January 1 and December 31, 2021. More than 175,000 customers were surveyed for this past year's reporting period.

Winners were recognized at the Miami International Boat Show on February 17, 2022. "The 2021 CSI Award recipients lead the recreational boating industry in product excellence and service in a climate where superior quality and consumer trust are essential to retaining customers," noted Senior Vice President of Operations for NMMA, Robert Newsome. "We thank the boat and engine manufacturers for their dedication to customer satisfaction, ensuring that today's boaters remain lifelong boaters."

"Grady-White is proud to once again receive this prestigious award, marking the 20th consecutive year, and every year since its inception, that we have been recognized for our passionate commitment to our customers. This award marks two decades of superior customer satisfaction recognized by the NMMA," stated Grady-White Dealer/Customer Relations Manager, Todd Leggett. "It epitomizes the dedication, care, and pride every Grady-White team member has put into every boat we have built for over 60 years."
