Caframo expands and reshapes its global sales team

Caframo, manufacturer of comfort solutions for marine and RV under the SEEKR by Caframo brand, has expanded and reshaped its global sales team. The strategic additions and promotions reflect the company's continued momentum as an international market leader. David Sherman, Caframo COO, made the announcement.

Andreas Maechler joins the company in the role of strategic account manager with a focus on Europe and Canada. Born and raised in Berlin, he has a strong background in marketing and public relations with a proven track record in expanding European markets.

Travis Gault joins Caframo as its inside sales representative for the US. With an extensive customer service background in the aviation industry, he is the primary contact for marine and RV distributors and OEMs.

Transitioning from Caframo's accounting department to sales, Carolyn Cooper-Hughes has been appointed to the newly created position of e-commerce account manager. With a solid background in finance, she is tasked with developing strategies to grow Caframo's online presence.

Jodi McMullen was promoted to senior strategic account manager. She works with retailers and distributors in Australia and the US. An eight-year veteran of Caframo, she has extensive experience in customer care at a global level.

Promoted from the Caframo Laboratory Solutions team, Melena McGregor comes to the consumer side of the company as its demand planner. In this role, she improves and pivots sales forecasting to overcome challenging issues such as supply chain issues due to the pandemic.

Andrea Fisher was promoted from strategic account manager to consumer sales manager. An eight-year Caframo veteran, she now manages the team strategies and sales goals for Maechler, Gault, Cooper-Hughes, McMullen and McGregor.

"With a recent manufacturing space expansion and investment in additional machinery, we have been dramatically increasing production to keep pace with global demand," said Sherman. "Our expanded sales team brings together exceptionally talented people that will drive our industry-leading customer service and open new markets that will offer consumers access to our quality products." In 2021, Caframo posted record sales growth with a 50% increase over the prior year.
