Outer Reef Yachts is delighted to announce the launch of a new Latin American division within the company, extending the current global footprint and facilitating the growth of the Outer Reef Yachts family.

The recent expansion into the Latin American yachting community supports increased interest Central and South Americans have in Outer Reef's quality, long range motoryacht collections.

Leading the charge within this emerging marketplace is Adriana Mercado, the newly appointed Outer Reef Latin American Sales Expert, based in Miami, Florida. Mercado was chosen specifically for her experience as a past Outer Reef Yachts team member, as well as her expertise and proven work history within this market segment.

Since 2001, Outer Reef Yachts has evolved into a proven world leader in designing, building, and marketing long range motoryachts, building vessels that are attractive in design and award-winning in functionality.

Although the benefits of Outer Reef ownership are many, a highly regarded trait of an Outer Reef within the Latin market segment is the large fuel capacity. Latin American cruisers prefer to cruise long-range for weeks at a time without re-fueling, with their itinerary often taking them to the Atlantic or Pacific side of Mexico, the Caribbean, the Galapagos cruising grounds, Cape Horn, and beyond. Areas such as Patagonia beckon adventurous cruisers from Latin America and around the globe, though many countries within this territory aren't equipped with infrastructures able to support necessary, regular fueling stations.

These special circumstances render creative and consistent fueling solutions - precisely why Outer Reef Yachts, with incredible fuel capacities and long-range capabilities, are the solutions for many. Yachtsmen and women alike can cruise for weeks on end with the security of knowing the need to regularly refuel is no longer an obstacle.

In addition, Outer Reef Classic Yachts have emerged as the most customized yachts within the long range motoryacht class. Customization runs deep within the build of each unique Outer Reef Classic Yacht, with personalized requirements ranging from moving bulk heads to storage spaces to privatizing crew accessibility and accommodation spaces. This design flexibility ensures each Outer Reef Classic is built to meet the distinct needs of each cruiser's lifestyle and goals. Many Latin American owners desire this bespoke experience, resulting in a yacht tailored to family size, privacy with crew aboard, and limitless itineraries.

Jeff Druek, President and CEO of Outer Reef Yachts remarked, "The new Latin American division of Outer Reef broadens the scope of opportunities we have to expand upon design and function, utilizing the feedback and unique requirements provided by this important market segment. It is our dream to open doors for all people passionate about yachting, and growth and communication with those living in Central and South America can only continue to strengthen the connection we have with our owners, so that we may better serve their needs. We look forward to the exciting things to come."

Paving the way for this increased communication and connection is the newly launched Outer Reef Latin American website, creating a user-friendly 24/7 showroom for Spanish speaking customers. Not only can the audience learn more about the Outer Reef brand, service offerings, model updates and more in their own language, but the company has plans to create an entire community forum for the exchange of ideas, photos, videos and experiences within the Outer Reef Latin American community, and beyond.
