We are pleased to announce Navico® has three entries in the 2022 New Product Showcase at ICAST, including the new Lowrance® Explorer Elite FS 9/ActiveTarget® Live Sonar Ice Fishing Pack, which will be launched at the event. The Lowrance Ghost® 360 feature for Ghost Trolling Motors and Simrad® NSX™ multifunction displays round out Navico submissions in the showcase.

The Explorer Elite FS 9/ActiveTarget Ice Pack has been entered in the Ice Fishing Category with Ghost 360 feature and NSX submitted in Boating Accessories and Electronics categories, respectively.

For those attending ICAST - July 19-22 in Orlando, Fla. - be sure to visit the New Product Showcase preview reception between 5 to 8 pm, on Tuesday, July 19 or 9 am to 2 pm, on Wednesday, July 20 to cast your vote for the Lowrance Explorer Ice Fishing Pack, Ghost 360 and Simrad NSX. Voting for the Best of Show Award is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, July 21. All products will also be on display at the Navico/Lowrance/Simrad stand (No. 3620), and we look forward to seeing you there.

Ice Fishing Category:

Launching on Lowrance.com July 18 followed by our first showing at ICAST July 20, the new Explorer Ice Fishing Pack features Lowrance's top-selling Elite FS™ 9 fishfinder/chartplotter display with best-in-class ActiveTarget® Live Sonar, a redesigned premium ice fishing bag and shuttle frame, as well as a new transducer pole for the ActiveTarget Down/Forward and Scout modes. The pack also features a 24 Ah lithium battery with dual USB charging ports and built-in voltage meter.

Boating Accessories Category:

Launched earlier this year, Ghost 360 is available to users of the Ghost® Trolling Motor with Active Imaging™ 3-in-1 nosecone, which offers anglers a high-resolution 360-degree image around their boats. This new capability utilizes automatic steering rotation of the Ghost Trolling Motor, allowing anglers to pinpoint key structure and targets in a 360-degree view of the bottom, including standing structure and structure that is laying on the bottom. This new feature is available on all Ghost-compatible displays, including HDS® LIVE™, HDS Carbon and Elite FS. Lowrance® users who already have Elite FS, HDS LIVE or HDS Carbon, plus a Ghost Trolling Motor with a 3-in-1 nosecone, receive the Ghost 360 sonar feature - which would typically cost more than $1,000 in new-equipment - all at no additional charge.

Electronics Category:

Launched earlier this year, the NSX™ chartplotter/fishfinder is a new mid-range product in the Simrad® line of multifunction displays that redefines the touchscreen experience. It features powerful new marine-optimized C-MAP® DISCOVER™ X and REVEAL™ X charts, high-resolution views of fish and structure with Active Imaging™ featuring CHIRP, SideScan and DownScan Imaging™, plus 1kW transducer capability to reach greater depths and better resolution.

In addition to a new Android® Operating System, NSX features traditional integration capability with NMEA 2000®, Ethernet and Bluetooth® and seamless Simrad® app integration. With support and connectivity across a wide range of sonar, radar, autopilot and digital switching systems, more robust integration options, and support for a wide range of internal and third-party applications, the versatility and functionality of NSX make it the ideal solution for a wide variety of boaters, from novice to veterans and small center consoles to larger deep-sea fishing boats.
