The Dufour 32 is making her UK debut at Southampton International Boat Show 2022, alongside the Dufour 390, 430 and the British Yachting Awards cruising yacht of the year winner, the Dufour 470.

The exciting, new Dufour 32 is an ultra-modern sailing yacht designed for a great sailing experience with some truly unique space saving features. An inflatable bathing platform doubles as lightweight transom door, which can be easily removed or used for sunbathing.

At 10.31m the sporty, performance oriented Dufour 32 is easy to handle and is fitted with a tiller for increased feel. The tiller hinges up to allow more relaxation space and the cockpit table can be lowered to create a large sunbathing 'day bed' or removed completely when sailing.

The modern, semi-rigid boom is another new innovation to the Dufour range. Designed to house the mainsail inside the boom it incorporates foldable solar panels on the outside for additional power supplies. Alternatively, a stack pack with lazy jacks can be fitted. A simple, lightweight fabric sunshade can be fitted below the boom and stowed when not in use.

Chris Warwick, Principal of Dufour's South Coast Dealership, Universal Yachting, explains, "We are really excited to introduce the Dufour 32 at the Southampton Boat Show. What's really fun about this new model is the additional options in her sail wardrobe, for a much more powerful set up. With an aft raked mast there's the choice of a flat top mainsail and over-lapping headsail to maximise the Dufour 32's performance, together with a powerful asymmetric spinnaker. Alternatively, she can be set up with a traditional mainsail and self-tacking jib. The genoa sheets are led back to the coachroof winches either side of the companionway and the mainsheet can be set up to be adjusted from either the coach roof or the cockpit sole."

As with all Dufour Yachts, once below decks she is flooded with natural light from large side windows, the coachroof windows and hatches. With an L-shaped galley there is one layout including an aft double cabin, a forward double cabin both with wardrobe storage space and a head/shower. In additional, the saloon table can be lowered to create a very large double berth, sleeping athwartships.

The Dufour 32 is available now.
