by Everglades Boats 11 Aug 2022 10:05 PDT

Everglades Boats continues to expand its team as demand for its premium offshore fishing boats continues to rise.

Caroline Cozier has joined the Everglades team as the Northeast Director of Business Development. In her position, she will lead Everglades' growth initiatives in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes, and Canada.

"We are very excited to have Caroline on the Everglades team. Her energy, industry knowledge and demonstrated ability to build strong dealer networks will help us to meet our very strong demand," said Matt Vranich, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Cozier comes to Everglades from Boats Group, where she spent the past four years building a strong dealer network across the United States. In 2021, Caroline was recognized as one of the Boating Industry's "40 under 40", which is a yearly publication that identifies strong, high potential leaders in the recreational marine industry.

"I am truly grateful to be working for such an iconic brand. Everglades' quality product allows us to maintain a strong loyal customer network which is important in today's market. Everglades has emerged as the leader in premium center consoles, and I'm looking forward to building on that in my territory," Cozier said.
