The Marina Industries Association (MIA) is pleased to announce that Repco Australia, Australia's largest nationwide automotive parts and equipment supplier seeks to establish its brand as a trusted supplier in the marine industry by partnering as a Bronze Sponsor of the MIA.

Across its 420-plus stores and distribution centres in Australia and New Zealand, Repco provides customers with total marine workshop solutions. Repco Australia's broad range includes parts, consumables, workshop tooling and equipment, and tailored solutions to suit the needs of marinas around the country.

MIA CEO, Suzanne Davies is thrilled that Repco Australia is committing to supporting the marina industry. "It's great to see Repco Australia focussing on the marine industry," Davies said. "Many MIA members have been purchasing from Repco over the years and have been very impressed by the wide-ranging products and the knowledge and guidance provided by the staff."

Repco Australia's commitment to the marina industry is further highlighted by the exclusive benefits that MIA members will receive from Repco Australia. These include a member discount card, access to Repco Australia's online ordering portal and catalogues, access to supplier training sessions, VIP invites to Repco Australia trade events and dedicated product offers exclusive to the MIA members.

Repco Australia's National Commercial Manager, Mark Kolpin, recognises the work the MIA does each day to support the industry. "I am delighted for Repco Australia to be joining forces with MIA as a Bronze Sponsor," Kolpin said. "The marina and marine industry have always played a huge part in the lives of many Australians and continues to be that way thanks to much of the hard work done by the MIA.

"At Repco Australia we believe that to help maintain the health of the marina industry, it is important for us to provide support to MIA members in their many endeavours through our extensive MIA membership benefits and by combining Repco's extensive network with the largest aftermarket sales field force."

"Industry sponsorship is a great way for suppliers to remain 'top of mind' and to ensure exposure in our growing industry," Davies said. "The investment in MIA sponsorship by Repco Australia is greatly appreciated but also is a smart business move. In a recent survey of members, it was reported that nearly 64 per cent of members will actively consider sponsors when making purchasing and acquisition decisions."

The MIA looks forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Repco Australia.

Details of all MIA sponsors and partners can be found on the MIA website.
