Chad and Maren Schwartz caught up with us recently to tell us why they ordered a Longreach 44 and how it will soon go to the USA to help build the Longreach brand locally.

The new Longreach 44 is built on a super-efficient displacement hull, developed with Powerplay's 20 years of experience building power cats. The hull is optimized for minimal drag, with a reversed bow for buoyancy and extended waterline length forward, plus docking keels and a protected prop for beaching.

Some new design features have been incorporated into the Longreach 44 including an enclosed flybridge. This boat is currently under construction and due in the USA in 2023 and will attend various boat shows.
