Key to this growth is the hiring of Bolt LaMotte in the role of Business Director. A former collegiate and professional sailor, LaMotte has deep, hands-on experience aboard yachts ranging from cruisers to Maxis. After those adventures, he undertook a successful career in financial services and technology, working with such highly respected firms as Accenture, Microsoft, and AXA XL. LaMotte's mix of yachting knowledge and business acumen make him an ideal addition to MCM.
LaMotte is among a number of new hires that required MCM to expand its yacht-management office. The new workspace encompasses 85-percent of the building MCM operates in.
