d'Albora - Australia's Largest Premium Marina & Hospitality Network have launched Sydney Harbour's newest full service boatyard facility and service centre at The Spit, Mosman.

This new constructed state of the art facility will complement the group's extensive 10 strong marina, dry-stack and boatyard portfolio, particularly providing our three Sydney Harbour marinas and their customers with complete end to end berthing, servicing and maintenance solutions in-house. "Customer servicing is the very core of our business focus, this new boatyard location allows us to offer and provide all elements of our customers' needs on and off the water in one of our largest markets, Sydney Harbour." said Mr Murry Offord, Head of Balmain Asset Management & d'Albora Group.

The site will offer key functionality including:

  • 50 Tonne haul out capacity travelift
  • 70' Foot length capability
  • 2 Tonne jib crane
  • 6 Dedicated hardstand positions
  • Compressed air, water and power facilities
  • Antifoul, survey, shipwright, mechanical & electrical services onsite
  • Dedicated onsite project management team
  • 24/7 Fuel

This is now d'Albora's 5th full service boatyard facility as the group continues to expand operations across QLD, NSW & VIC providing Australia's only true network for berthing, boatyards, boat sales, marina operations and waterfront hospitality across Australia's East Coast.
