The BIA and Mulpha Events are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show. From 3 to 6 August, the International Convention Centre (ICC) and Cockle Bay in iconic Darling Harbour will come alive with all things boating and marine lifestyle.

This year's event is shaping up to be a standout! With more than 2 million people in NSW now enjoying boating each year, there has never been a better time to showcase your brand and connect with over 45,000 highly engaged and qualified visitors.

Following industry feedback, the 2023 event will see the introduction of some exciting new changes to heighten the exhibitor and visitor experience:

  • The show will be held from Thursday through to Sunday, in a new four-day format
  • A reconfigured exhibition space within the Halls of the ICC utilising one level to enhance event atmosphere
  • A revitalised customer journey from the Marina to the ICC, ensuring a seamless flow between the two precincts
  • Displays and activities on the Cockle Bay foreshore including an entertainment stage
  • Displays and activities within the ICC foyer to enhance the visitor experience

Applications are now open and will be accepted from today. We encourage all prospective exhibitors to Apply Now as space is limited and submissions will be prioritised in order of the date received.

Please submit your application via the online form for consideration. The exhibition team will review your application and confirm details within five business days.
