Leading provider of marine and mobile power and systems solutions, Fischer Panda UK, has announced that it's Finance Director, Pauline Hibbert, has retired from the business after 23 years.

The company celebrated Pauline's successful career with a send-off earlier this month where they also welcomed Ashlea Fower into her role as the new Finance Director.

Pauline has seen the business through major growth and changes over the years and took some time to reflect on where the business has come from; "When I started as office manager, it was a much smaller business distributing generators to the marine industry but over the years, the turnover has grown along with its extensive portfolio of new products and applications which Fischer Panda UK now offers across the marine, vehicle and military markets."

Pauline has handed over to Ashlea Fower who has worked alongside Pauline for the last seven years after joining the company in 2015. Ashlea said of Pauline's retirement; "Pauline's passion and commitment has been inspiring, and I look forward to further developing my role within the company and contributing to the continued success of Fischer Panda UK Ltd."

At Fischer Panda UK, Pauline was able to develop her career and assist in the growth and success of the business over these important years. Pauline was instrumental in developing the Quality Management System that enabled Fischer Panda UK to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation together with supplier approval from many blue chip organisations, as well as the MOD. With these approvals in place, the business was able to compete with bigger organisations and qualified for opportunities to quote for and be awarded contracts within the military market.

The business continues to develop within new areas of opportunity by keeping ahead of customer requirements in offering complete systems and hybrid solutions and by delivering excellent sales and after sales service across the markets it operates in. Fischer Panda UK has recently taken on exclusivity with some exciting brands which new Finance Director, Ashlea Fower, said she was grateful to be part of.

Having spent 23 years involved with the company's growth and achieving many goals, Pauline said she would miss not being a part of that any longer but she would be watching from the sidelines and 'wishes Fischer Panda UK all the continued success they deserve'.

Pauline will be enjoying her retirement by spending time with some new hobbies and looks forward to trips away in her new motorhome.
