Smartgyro announce Fabrizio Stifani as Research and Development Manager

As one of the founding members of the Smartgyro company and progressing on from his role as Senior Software & Hardware Engineer at Smartgyro, Fabrizio's new management position will be responsible for heading up Smartgyro's efforts in research, innovation, and product development. With a proven track record in driving Smartgyro's research initiatives and contributing to the company's technological advancements since its inception in 2014, Fabrizio is well-placed to lead the R&D department into the next phase of ground-breaking innovations.

Commenting on his promotion Fabrizio remarks; "It is a very exciting time for Smartgyro as a business as we celebrate our ten-year milestone this year. I'm looking forward to leading and guiding our excellent R&D team in our continued efforts to improve and innovate Smartgyro's portfolio. In his new role as the head of the Research and Development (R&D) team, Fabrizio's focus is on practical steps to drive efficiency and innovation. The current team, consisting of nine members in software and hardware, is committed to continuous improvement and development. The plan involves allocating more time to explore new technologies and automating Quality Control systems to free up time for creative work.

Following company growth with the move towards mass production, automation became a priority. This automation freed up resources to allow the team to focus more on development initiatives. Fabrizio envisions a creative, collaborative work environment where the team works closely with other departments to find practical solutions.

Functioning as a technical guide, Fabrizio is fostering a cohesive and productive atmosphere, uniting the team in their pursuit of innovation. Striking a harmonious balance between automation and creative ingenuity, the overarching objective is to not only meet but surpass set benchmarks, pushing the boundaries of what the Research and Development team can achieve.
