Vilma Bobeck and Rebecca Netzler are hot medal prospects for this summer's Olympic Games. Sweden's 49erFX skiff stars have finished 2nd, 1st and 2nd at the past three World Championships.

In the stronger breeze Bobeck and Netzler are acknowledged as the fastest team on the track. At the 2023 Worlds on the lumpy North Sea at The Hague, the Speedy Swedes won 7 out of 15 races.

Join Road To Gold regulars Hamish Willcox and Andy Rice for an hour of go-faster conversation with Vilma and Rebecca about Boat Speed and a range of other technical topics. This is YOUR opportunity to put questions to the Swedish speed merchants.

What we'll be covering...

TOPIC: Hone your Boat Speed

Apart from the main topic of the call, the Road To Gold team will be digging into a wide range of topics with Rebecca and Vilma. This is a unique format - half podcast and half phone-in.

You can either sit back and enjoy the call or you can put your questions directly to our guest superstars. How often do you get the chance to ask high-calibre sailors for their answers to questions that will make YOU go faster?

Get online with Road To Gold this Monday for a free Zoom call and a 60-minute Q&A session with Vilma and Rebecca, and learn how to apply their hard-earned experience to your own sailing ventures.

What do YOU want to know about racing faster?

Feel free to ask your question(s) during the call, but if you can't make it live then you can send them in beforehand - just hit Reply to this email, or fill out our quick survey.

(If you just want to sit back and enjoy the chat, that's fine too!)

WHEN: Monday 15 April, 1800 UTC

Check how that time zone relates to where you are in the world. It's not always easy to get on the call live, but we do provide a recording for our paying subscribers.
