For the first time in its successful 13-year history the 52 Super Series heads to Newport, Rhode Island for the upcoming XS 52 Super Series Newport Trophy (June 10-16) followed by the Rolex TP52 World Championship (July 15-20) both hosted by the New York Yacht Club.

Both regattas are being supported by Palm Beach Motor Yachts. The company, founded by internationally renowned yachtsman Mark Richards in Sydney's Northern Beaches, is now a global leader in the design, building and sales of their performance focused range of prestigious motor yachts.

Inspired by classic and timeless yacht design, Richards is behind the current range of nine motor yachts ranging in size from 42 to 70 feet. Drawing from his racing boat experience he and Palm Beach Motor Yachts have developed models which are all lighter, stronger, and significantly more fuel efficient than the other motor yachts on the market.

Palm Beach Motor Yachts have become especially popular with sailors who appreciate not only their performance and handling but the high standard of finish, exotic materials and practical features.

Through their sales center in Newport RI, Palm Beach Motor Yachts are supplying two Motor Yachts, one Palm Beach GT60 and a Palm Beach 70, chosen because of their outstanding capabilities for exclusive use by selected guests of the regattas.

"The 52 Super Series represents the type of competitive spirit and drive for excellence that we appreciate," Says March Richards, founder, CEO, and Chief Designer of Palm Beach Motor Yachts. "We're proud to be a sponsor when the Series comes to Newport and will make our performance focused Palm Beach GT60 and flagship Palm Beach 70 available. Come see us!"
