We are very proud to share with you that Beneteau and Lagoon Catamarans celebrated important acknowledgment at the 2023 China Yacht Awards (OCYA) Ceremony with 3 awards in total.
Created in 2018 by Oceanway, the OCYA aims to give recognition for those who excel and contribute greatly to the marine industry within the year, including both domestic and international brands, dealers, marinas, equipment providers, as well as industry associations. The award winners are the results of a professional review by a panel of industry insiders and voting by general public. Oceanway is a comprehensive boating information and service provider in mainland China.
This year's ceremony took place in Xiamen, China on May 28th, 2024. Here is the list of the awards.

Oceanis 37.1-Best Exterior Design Sailing Yacht Below 50'
Remarks from the juries: "The Oceanis 37.1 is the latest innovation from the Oceanis family. Apart from the usual high standards of cruising experience and comfortable living space that the Oceanis 37.1 delivers, her outdoor space is very open with an absence of backstay and she promises excellent performances. "
About the Oceanis 37.1: She builds upon the innovative features of the seventh generation of Oceanis cruisers, taking them to new heights of excellence. The interior of the Oceanis 37.1 is truly remarkable, with a saloon that rivals the spaciousness of a 40-footer. The flared hull, complemented by a rib that maintains fluid lines below the waterline, ensures enhanced power and stability.
The outdoor space is characterized by its openness, with a layout that successfully eliminates the backstay, a feature previously adopted in the Oceanis 30.1 and 34.1 models. The tall rig, with the option of an in-mast furling system, promises exceptional performance from the Oceanis 37.1. Catering to the growing popularity of carbon-free sailing on inland waterways, this remarkable vessel is available with an electric motor featuring a 12 kW pod and 10 kWh batteries.

About the Oceanis Yacht 60: With a clean design, optimized layout and top-quality fittings, the Oceanis flagship is a clear step in pursuit of supremacy. A subtle interplay of proportions and a gentle reverse sheer create the kind of space you typically find on a 62-footer, while retaining an elegant design and excellent sea-keeping abilities. These unique features result in a true bluewater yacht that offers outstanding performance yet is easy to short-hand. The huge cockpit offers safe, free-flowing movement throughout. Wide side-decks run round the helm stations and offer obstacle-free circulation to the fore deck. This unique layout reinvents the central cockpit concept. Available in a 3-cabin version with 3 heads, the Oceanis Yacht 60 comes with two different finishes: walnut as standard and light oak as an option.

About the Lagoon 60: She offers an extraordinary voyage and is well positioned to lead the market of 60-foot sailboats. The aft cockpit is entirely open to the sea, offering exceptional freedom. The innovative opening side terraces provide instant access to the sea for swimming. The aft cockpit, saloon, and forward cockpit are built on a single level, ideal for enjoying a panoramic view without having to watch your step. Modular, spacious, and turned toward the exterior, the saloon adapts to suit all preferences. Available in versions with a galley or a bar, it benefits from abundant natural lighting, owing to its large vertical windows. The owner's cabin is a peaceful haven. The bathroom is connected to the owner's cabin by two sliding doors, creating a cocoon of privacy, with direct access to the aft cockpit.
