Omaya Yachts announces DIWO Yachts as new French dealer

by Omaya Yachts 21 Jun 2024 00:48 PDT

Luxury power catamaran brand Omaya Yachts has chosen DIWO Yachts to represent the brand in France with the news following the announcement of its debut yacht, the impressive OMAYA 50.

DIWO Yachts, founded in 2012 by Cécile Roux and Christian Diwo, will be offering Omaya yachts through its dealerships in Saint-Tropez and Saint-Mandrier. Covering the French coastline between the borders of Spain and Italy, it is confident in having mastered the niche of luxury yachting on the French Mediterranean. Providing customers with yachts from 15 -35 metres, DIWO not only offers sales but maintenance, refits, after-sales and warranty services for its yachts.

Christian Diwo said of the partnership with Omaya: "The Omaya product is perfectly suited to the HNWI clientele we have on the French Mediterranean. The exceptional design, quality of build and attention to detail is second to none. Teamed with such vast interior volumes, access to the flybridge from both sides as well as direct access from the saloon to the bow sun lounge area, we're confident of the popularity and sales potential of the OMAYA 50. I would describe Omaya's yachts as offering 'beauty, precision and luxurious spaces, delivered with a personal touch', and the luxury market here will take notice for sure."

Kaloyan Radulov, co-founder and CEO of Omaya Yachts, built in Bulgaria at the Elica Yard, situated on the banks of the Danube, said: "We're confident the DIWO Yachts team is the right choice to represent Omaya in the French market, with its vast experience supporting clients looking for luxury. We very much align to DIWO's approach of being committed to building long-lasting relationships with clients, continuing to exceed their expectations with each new product as they progress through their yachting ownership journey."

Aiming to manufacture luxury power catamarans for the private and charter markets, the first of Omaya's yachts, the OMAYA 50, is a 50ft luxury catamaran with a best-in-class beam of 8.4 metres, which provides unrivalled livable space exceeding 150 sqm within the lower and main decks, as well as its lavish flybridge. The bow area's layout is focused on creating a comfortable social area which ensures lazy days soaking up the sun can be enjoyed. Boasting large sunbeds, ample comfortable seating areas and open deck space, the yacht is designed with socialising and entertaining in mind, with the potential of longer-term living on board, not just holidays.

Available in two configurations for the lower deck, with the owner version providing a large master cabin covering the entire port side, complete with a double bed, TV area with a sofa, desk and vanity area, integrated wardrobe and spacious ensuite with a full standing shower. Additionally, on the starboard side, there are two double guest cabins with ensuite bathrooms. The charter version offers 4 good-sized guest cabins with ensuite bathrooms with both versions bow volumes left to be configured as storage space, crew cabin at starboard and crew bathroom at portside or even two crew cabins.
