On Monday, the Italian Sea Group inaugurated at its headquarters in Marina di Carrara its seventh Business Unit dedicated to interior steelworks, with activities ranging from stylistic and executive design to the delicate production processes.
This Business Unit will be involved in all the construction of the Group's new yachts, as well as supporting the activities of the Celi interior carpentry and all refit activities. Following an initial start-up phase, the business will extend its services to additional players in line with the Group's strategy.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place in the presence of the President of the Group, Ms. Simona Del Re, the COO Eng. Marco Figara, all the management team, employees and skilled workers.
The production site of this new Business Unit covers an area of approximately 2,000 square metres and is equipped with the best numerically controlled equipment, as well as all the systems required to comply with safety regulations.
