D-Marin, the selection of premium marinas, has further expanded its presence in Europe by winning the tender of Camille Rayon marina in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, France. The Vallauris Golfe-Juan municipal council approved D-Marin as the concessionaire for the redevelopment and operation, marking D-Marin's first marina in France.

Strategically positioned in the heart of the Mediterranean coast, this famous marina, Camille Rayon, boasts 841 berths and caters to boats ranging from 6 meters up to 75-meter mega yachts. Built in 1989, this marina is perfectly sheltered and offers proximity to must-see destinations including the Lérins Islands, the Bay of Billionaires, the red cliffs, and the Massif de l'Esterel, all less than an hour's cruise away.

D-Marin plans to significantly enhance the marina with a 52 million Euro investment over 25 years in its facilities and renovation. D-Marin will equip Camille Rayon with modern technologies, taking customers on a journey through its sector-leading digital conveniences. In keeping with its robust ESG strategy, D-Marin will ensure all investments and improvements are sustainable.

To complete the marina renovation, D-Marin has enlisted the expertise of architect Rudy Ricciotti, Bouygues Construction, and Arcadis for the design office. The shipyard operations will be managed by MB92, a leading superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance company.

Kevin Luciano, Mayor of Vallauris Golfe-Juan, Vice-President of the Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community, Departmental Councillor of the Alpes-Maritimes, said: "The Camille Rayon port is entering a new area thanks to the renewal of the port concession awarded to D-Marin. The exceptional project of Rudy Ricciotti, a world-renowned architect, will transform into a work of art with a sumptuous development project that gives pride of place to the environment. Undoubtedly, this program will strengthen the attractiveness of the port but also the international influence of Vallauris Golfe-Juan."

Oliver Dörschuck, CEO of D-Marin, said: "Golfe-Juan is one of the most beautiful destinations on the French Riviera. We are delighted to enter the French market with the beautiful Camille Rayon marina. D-Marin has experienced strong growth in recent years, and we look forward to expanding our network of high-end, fully connected and environmentally friendly marinas to more destinations. Thanks to our innovative services and facilities adapted to the highest requirements, our customers can enjoy an exclusive travel experience."

Corinne Reynaud, D-Marin's CFO and President of D-Marin France, said: "Welcoming Camille Rayon marks another milestone for D-Marin as our first marina in France. We are thrilled by the decision from the elected officials within the municipal council. It's paramount for us to establish our proven approach to the environment, sustainability and governance and work in partnership with the local community and stakeholders. This opens a new page in the history of Camille Rayon marina."

The location of Camille Rayon offers D-Marin customers an additional marina destination in close proximity to its Italian marinas, including D-Marin's newly acquired marinas in the Liguria region of Italy. Marina degli Aregai and Marina di San Lorenzo joined the D-Marin network earlier this year and are approximately 100 nautical miles from Camille Rayon allowing seamless cruising between the two counties. To encourage exploration between different regions, D-Marin offers all customers with an annual contract, seven days of complimentary berthing at any other D-Marin marina.

Camille Rayon marina specialises in providing a comprehensive, premium marina experience with an emphasis on customer service, aligning with D-Marin's core values. The marina offers a range of berthing conveniences, maintenance and repair services, as well as superb leisure facilities.

D-Marin now operates a network of 27 marinas with nearly 14,000 berths, 3000 boat berths in its shipyards and 86000 m2 of commercial space.
