Today, we are proud to announce that Oceanic Systems has been acquired by Energy Solutions UK Ltd.
Founded in 1996, Energy Solutions UK Ltd is a leading supplier of marine electrical systems, working with leading OEM boatbuilders, superyacht owners, and individual boaters to deliver innovative power and control solutions.
This strategic acquisition enhances Energy Solutions' marine technology offerings, advancing its digital leadership in boat-building and marine manufacturing.
Oceanic Systems will continue to operate as a stand-alone business, with its 15 employees integrated into Energy Solutions' operations, bringing Oceanics' technical capabilities including PCB assembly with automated pick-and-place technology.
