Top-3 Olympic nation in sailing, kite- and windsurfing

In elite sports, the details are decisive, and the timing of innovative impulses is crucial. Are you convinced that you can make a difference for the Netherlands as a watersports nation with your unique vision and approach on the road to Los Angeles 2028? Would you love nothing more than to work with us to make the Dutch team even better?

Let us know with a brief motivation letter and vour resumé:

The Dutch approach in watersports demonstrably leads to results: the number one sailing nation at the 2024 Olympics and the 2023 Sailing World Championships in The Hague.

These are results that we want to continue and, preferably, improve.

All our programs are built around our athletes, with guidance from a coach for each discipline. The head coach leads this team of coaches and holds ultimate responsibility. You will make optimal use of a technical staff of experienced, knowledgeable, and driven colleagues. You can delegate as easily as you make decisions. You know how to peak at the right moment and work systematically towards this goal, while also being able to anticipate and improvise. You understand the sport and the athlete, and together with the athlete's coaches, you get the most out of the collaboration. In short, you operate at an Olympic level.

We welcome candidates from both the Netherlands and abroad, whether from sailing or another sport. Applications can be submitted until 15th November.
