For the 36th year, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has led the USA Pavilion efforts at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METSTRADE), the world's largest and best attended business-to-business leisure marine equipment trade show in the world.

The USA Pavilion is the third largest country pavilion at the show and features over 60 U.S. companies and is the place where U.S. marine supply meets global demand. NMMA Canada is hosting ten companies with Acel Power Inc as a first-time exhibitor.

TUDelft School for Industrial Design Engineering senior lecturer, Arjen Jansen, presented the globally recognised DAME Design Award to the TeamO Offshore 150N Hi-Lift Lifejacket & Harness in front of a large audience of leading marine professionals at the METSTRADE Breakfast Briefing. The Jury also identified eight category winners, nine Special Mentions and named two Environmental DAME Design Awards winners.

Raymarine is proud to announce its RSW Smart Wind Transducer has won the 'Navigation and Communication' category of the DAME Awards. The RSW Smart Wind Transducer is a wired NMEA 2000 compatible masthead sensor that brings professional-level, wind data to recreational sailors. Combining a precision calibrated wind vane and anemometer along with solid-state gyro, accelerometer, and magnetometer sensors, the RSW Smart Wind Transducer provides fast, ultra-precise True Wind data for sailing.

ACR Electronics, a pioneer in marine safety technology, has received a special mention in the Marine Safety and Security category of the awards. Presented on the ACR stand in hall 3, stand 432, visitors are invited to visit the stand for comprehensive demonstrations of the new innovation and to learn about its potential to transform marine safety.

Barton Marine, the innovative UK manufacturer of marine deck equipment, are excited to launch over 30 new products at METSTRADE. The official launch and introduction of the new items took place at the well-known Barton Press and Product Launch Party on stand 01.474 on Tuesday.

In other news, US Sailing is proud to announce AEON School as the Official School of US Sailing. This groundbreaking partnership will provide young sailors with the opportunity to pursue academic excellence while following their passion for the water. AEON School offers a flexible and innovative digital learning platform that is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of student-athletes, helping them balance their schedules between sailing and a world-class education.

Vision Marine Technologies (Nasdaq: VMAR), a pioneer in electric marine propulsion, is pleased to announce a new production initiative with Smoker Craft Inc, a U.S.-based pontoon manufacturer known for its precision engineering and advanced manufacturing capabilities. This collaboration is expected to produce a state-of-the-art pontoon platform specifically designed to integrate Vision Marine's high-performance (180 HP) electric propulsion systems, specifically the pontoon-designed P-Powerpack.

Dockmate, the leading manufacturer of advanced wireless remote controls for yachts, announced its collaboration with MOLABO, innovator in safe-to-touch low-voltage electric propulsion systems. The award-winning MOLABO inboard and outboard solutions incorporate components such as batteries, charger, controllers, motor and throttle all in one easy-to-install system, which is ideal for integration with the Dockmate system.
