Marine Structures is proud to announce its appointment as the exclusive Australasian dealer for Seaflex, the globally renowned supplier of mooring systems for floating structures.

This partnership marks a significant step forward in delivering advanced and sustainable mooring solutions to the region.

Seaflex is widely recognized for its innovative elastic mooring systems, which provide secure, environmentally friendly, and durable solutions for floating docks, wave attenuators, and other marine applications. With a reputation built over decades, Seaflex products have been installed in marine environments worldwide, offering unparalleled performance and longevity.

An example of the world's leading subsea anchoring system can be found at Brooke Street Pier, a 5000 tonne, multi-story floating pier in Hobart's CBD. This important part of Tasmania's tourism infrastructure is the departure point for the famous Mona Museum and many would not even realise that the structure is floating. This Seaflex installation is maintained by Hunter Diving and Marine Construction, the long-term dealer for Marine Structures in Tasmania.

"This partnership is a testament to our commitment to bringing world-class marine solutions to the Australasian market," said John Hogan, Director of Marine Structures. "Seaflex's proven technology aligns perfectly with our mission to provide sustainable and reliable mooring systems. We're excited to introduce these innovative solutions to our clients and contribute to the future of marine infrastructure."

Robin Wilhemson, Sales Leader of Seaflex, also shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration: "We're delighted to welcome Marine Structures to the Seaflex family. Their extensive expertise and strong reputation in the region make them the ideal partner to represent our products. Together, we aim to support the growing demand for environmentally conscious mooring solutions in Australasia."

The appointment underscores Marine Structures' commitment to delivering innovative products. This technology is especially relevant for large superyacht and wave attenuation projects as well as deep water and rock applications. With Seaflex's elastic mooring systems now part of its portfolio, Marine Structures is poised to deliver this new technology to the Australasian market and address challenging applications as well as providing a clean no pile aesthetic to our built environment!

The Seaflex environmentally friendly mooring (EFM) solution has become a standard that successfully eliminates chain damage from moorings.
