A strong dedication to customer satisfaction propelled D-Marin's Net Promoter Score from 51 to an impressive 54, a testament to an unwavering focus, not just fulfilling, but surpassing the expectations of its growing clientele.

Loyal customers rewarded with unique offering

To encourage customers to explore the growing selection of premium marinas, the "Happy Berthday" initiative allows prepaid annual contract holders to enjoy up to seven days free at any other D-Marin marina until December 31, 2025. Serving over 50,000 customers annually and delivering 2,500 world-class boatyard services per year, D-Marin continues to expand sailing options and accessibility for its clientele.

Seamless digital experience: a new website for effortless navigation

D-Marin has redefined the digital marina experience with a fully redesigned website, rich in videos and images that capture the beauty of its destinations. The new platform, launched in 2024, provides a more intuitive and engaging experience, making it easier than ever for customers to explore the growing marina portfolio, book berths online, and access essential updates in real time.

The improved booking system streamlines reservations for both annual and transient boaters, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish. For even greater convenience, an industry-first AI-powered assistant enhances customer interactions, delivering instant support and guidance.

Additionally, dynamic marina maps and interactive features allow users to explore marina layouts, nearby attractions, sailing routes, and key details with ease. Behind the scenes, an advanced analytics suite provides real-time insights, helping to optimize performance, elevate user engagement, and drive smarter decision-making.

This digital evolution reinforces D-Marin's commitment to innovation and effortless customer experiences, setting a new standard in the yachting industry.

Expansion and connectivity, new marinas welcomed

2024 saw D-Marin welcome seven new marina's, expanding its presence across the Mediterranean, creating a valuable cluster of marinas across the French and Italian Rivieras. In France, Camille Rayon - a protected jewel in Golfe-Juan Bay joined the portfolio, providing a gateway to the Côte d'Azur. Expansion in Italy included Aregai, San Lorenzo, and Porto Mirabello, located near the stunning Riviera dei Fiori and Cinque Terre. In Dubai, Port De La Mer further enhanced D-Marin's selection of curated destinations.

This expansion added 3,204 berths and three new boatyards to D-Marin's portfolio, bringing its total to 14,000 berths—including over 1,000 dedicated to Superyachts.

Leading the way via sustainability and innovation

D-Marin's mission extends beyond excellent service. It recently received the prestigious Green Apple Award for pioneering solar power initiatives and sixteen marinas have been honoured with Blue Flag awards, an international quality mark awarded to coastal destinations that meet stringent environmental, education, safety and accessibility criteria. In addition, its Silver EcoVadis rating places the premium brand in the top 6% of leisure companies, showcasing a strong commitment to environmental stewardship.

D-Marin is also proud to announce that its three Turkish marinas have been honoured with five prestigious awards at the Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards, which recognise excellence in marinas across the Middle East and Turkey. Within the 'Outstanding Marina' category, D-Marin Turgutreis secured the gold award for the second consecutive year, while D-Marin Göcek received silver and D-Marin Didim earned the bronze award.

The judges particularly praised D-Marin for its ability to deliver outstanding customer interactions, understand customer needs, and foster loyalty through feedback. They also commended D-Marin for its exemplary health and safety practices alongside its effective staff development initiatives.

Beyond exceptional facilities, D-Marin fostered a vibrant community by hosting 80 diverse events. From regattas, concerts, and summer cinemas to ESG initiatives, seasonal opening parties, and mini marathons, these gatherings reinforced D-Marin's dedication to creating memorable experiences both on and off the water.
