ZeroJet and Tectrax complete merger and announce new senior leadership team

ZeroJet and Tectrax, two pioneering New Zealand-based marine technology companies, are pleased to announce the successful completion of their merger. This strategic alliance unites the innovative electric jet propulsion of ZeroJet with Tectrax's revolutionary all-terrain amphibious drive systems, creating a powerhouse in the electric marine market.

The merger will see both brands operating individually, leveraging their established reputations and market recognition. ZeroJet and Tectrax will remain as distinct product brands, operating as a combined company with shared resources and product development to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

Leadership Announcement:

James Morton has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the newly merged entity. With a proven track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the marine industry, Morton will steer the company towards its vision of transforming boating experiences through clean cutting-edge technology.

To ensure a smooth transition and accelerate growth, Chris Baird, ZeroJet director, has been appointed as the Executive Sales Director. Baird's extensive international marine experience and strategic sales acumen will be instrumental in expanding the company's market reach.

Further strengthening the sales team, Leisha Burrows has been promoted to Zerojet Sales Manager for New Zealand and Australia. Burrows brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and support across the region.
