STP Shipyard Palma, as a company in the IPM Group, will this year be attending the Balearic Superyacht Forum again with the participation of its experts, Carlos Albons, Production Manager of STP, and Isabel Martinez, Sales Director of IPM.

IPM-IMG Marine Group will also be part of the Palma Superyacht Village, underlining its commitment to yachting in the Balearic Islands and showcasing its management of the new Marina Port Valencia.

IPM Group has confirmed its presence again this year at two of the most important events in the Balearic yachting industry: the Balearic Superyacht Forum, which is taking place on 29 and 30 April, and Palma Superyacht Village (PSV), which is being held from 30 April to 3 May.

With a passionate commitment to excellence and innovation, the group will be actively participating in both events, underlining its key role in promoting the islands as a strategic destination for superyachts.

The Balearic Superyacht Forum, organised by the Balearic Marine Cluster, will bring together key industry players to discuss the present and future of yachting.

In this edition, Isabel Martínez, Sales Director of IPM Group, and Carlos Albons, Production Manager of STP Shipyard Palma, will be speaking at two of the conferences organised by the Cluster.

Isabel Martínez will be speaking at the session "Investing in and Upgrading Marinas" on 29 April. Her talk will address how marina operators are evolving to respond to the new expectations of superyachts by combining innovation, sustainability and service excellence.

On this issue, Isabel comments that "the yachting industry is constantly evolving, and marinas need to adapt so that they can offer not just first-class facilities, but also a service aligned with the needs of yacht owners and crew. Sustainability and innovation are key to keeping the Balearic Islands as a benchmark destination in the Mediterranean".

Meanwhile, Carlos Albons will be taking part in the conference "Investing in Refit Infrastructure and Business Models" on 30 April. His talk, together with contributions from other industry professionals, will explore the challenges and opportunities in the modernisation of refit yards, analysing digitalisation, the evolution of facilities, and new customer demands.

According to Carlos, "the refit industry is facing a period of transformation where efficiency, technology and specialisation are playing a key role. It's paramount to continue investing in infrastructures, which means we can offer advanced and sustainable solutions to the superyachts that choose the Balearic Islands for their refit and repair projects".

Straight after the Forum, the Palma Superyacht Village will bring together leading industry professionals, making it the perfect showcase for IPM-IMG Marine Group to present its latest developments and the rest of its facilities: Marina Port Mallorca, Marina Port Mahón, Marina Ibiza, Marina Port Ibiza, Varadero Valencia, Varadero Ibiza and STP Shipyard Palma. What's more, its latest project — Marina Port Valencia — will be present at PSV, thereby expanding the group's presence at this outstanding yachting event.

With its presence at these events, the group is reaffirming its leadership in the yachting industry and its active role in the industry's evolution, advocating innovation and collaboration to continue positioning the Balearic Islands as a national and international benchmark for yachting and for refit & repair.
