Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Production planning & management
  • Quality assurance & ISO9001
  • Oversee health & safety compliance
  • Procurement
  • International shipping paperwork
  • Cost analysis

Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by visiting new & existing accounts
  • Give technical advice to trade & retail customers over the phone
  • Laise with our UK sales team "Sail Force"
  • Be the key contact for our World Wide Distributors, Input Orders & generate quotes on our computer system
  • Work alongside our marketing team to manage various aspects of the business, from our web shop, show & event presentations, product presentation etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content & share on all of our social media platforms, Instagram, facebook & LinkedIn
  • Oversee our 3 shopify web shops and be responsible for having new banners/ads created
  • Answer calls from retail & trade customers
  • Input trade orders onto our system
  • Work alongside our operations manager to book international shipments
  • Manage the production of our new catalogue
  • Manage the creation of product packaging
  • Work alongside sales to book and create our stands for trade & retail exhibitions
