The Board of Directors of Baltic Safety Products (Baltic) has appointed Martin Netinder as the company's new Chief Executive Officer.

Martin brings with him extensive experience in leading premium brands and retail operations, with a particular focus on international expansion, business development, branding, omnichannel strategy, and digitalisation. His previous leadership roles include positions at global companies such as Peak Performance, State of Elevenate, Internetstores, Addnature, and Callaway Golf.

"With a background that combines both strategic and operational leadership, we are confident that Martin's strong drive and commercial focus will further strengthen Baltic's position—both in existing and new markets," says Patrik Söderström, Chairman of the Board.

"I am proud and honoured to be entrusted with steering the helm of Baltic. Together with the team, I look forward to navigating towards both familiar and new horizons. Baltic is a brand built on quality, long-term vision, and strong trust among our users. Now it's time for the next chapter, and we have many exciting initiatives ahead," says Martin Netinder. "As we chart our course forward, we remain anchored in our commitment to safety, ensuring that lifejackets and water safety continue to be at the heart of everything we do."

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Henrik Andreasson for his leadership and dedication during his time as interim CEO. The Baltic management wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
