As it gears up for its 14th edition, the Clipper Race has announced that Warrant Group will be the Official Logistics Supplier for the upcoming circumnavigation, with the UK-based firm also making its racing debut with a team entry named in its honour.

Independent global logistics operator, Warrant Group, that operates from its Liverpool HQ, will bring over four decades of supply chain expertise to the world's most unique ocean adventure. Warrant Group offers a deep understanding of the complex operational demands of the 40,000 nautical mile circumnavigation of the Clipper Race.

From competitive container rates to a dedicated air freight department and access to an exclusive global network, Warrant Group is uniquely positioned to deliver a seamless logistics solution. The company will oversee the movement of race equipment and supplies to all international stopovers featured on the race route, in destinations including Portsmouth, Cape Town, Qingdao, Tongyeong City, Seattle and Oban.

However, Warrant Group's involvement in the edition extends beyond logistics. The British company will also be stepping into the racing spotlight as a Team Partner, with Team Warrant making its debut in the Clipper Race fleet.

Bringing expertise to the team both onshore and at sea, South African sailor Dylan Kotze has been announced as the Race Skipper for Team Warrant, where he will be supported by First Mate Jade Golder.

Dylan, who hails from Cape Town, brings over 20 years of sailing and instructional experience, and Jade, from Cranleigh, Surrey, is returning to the race following a full circumnavigation as Race Crew on the 2023-24 edition.

"Warrant Group's industry experience and commitment to personal service make them a great fit for the complex nature of the Clipper Race," said Kate Ashley, Head of Partnerships at Clipper Ventures. "We're delighted to welcome Warrant Group as our Official Logistics Supplier and a Team Partner as we get ready to take on the 2025-26 edition."

"We chose to partner with the Clipper Race as we embark on a new chapter in our business, diversifying into the yacht racing sector," said John Gibbs, Managing Director, Warrant Group.

"This race represents the adventure, challenge, and international scope that align perfectly with our values as a business. We are excited to be part of the Clipper 2025-26 Race and look forward to building lasting connections with the Clipper Race and its global community."
