MAST continues to invest in recreational boating infrastructure, with recent upgrades completed at Geilston Bay and Lewisham and repair works about to begin at Victoria Parade.
Geilston Bay
The boat ramp has been extended by 2.5 metres and a new 19-metre floating pontoon has been installed. These improvements make launching and retrieving vessels safer and more efficient.
Lewisham
The existing walkway has been extended by 12 metres and a new 30-metre walkway has been added to the southern side. These upgrades improve access to vessels and are especially valuable during peak periods.
Victoria Parade (Devonport)
Repairs are scheduled to begin shortly, with two damaged pontoon units to be replaced. This work will restore the structural integrity of the facility and extend its service life.
